We may refuse or cancel a custom order if we believe the submitted content is unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, or unsuitable for production.

Once a custom order has entered production, it may not be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded unless the item is defective, damaged, or different from what was approved or ordered.

5. Custom Design Preview

For custom products, the online preview is intended to help you review the general placement, appearance, and layout of your design.

Because of screen differences, material texture, production process, surface curvature, and lighting, the final physical product may have slight differences from the digital preview.

Please carefully check your design, uploaded artwork, spelling, names, numbers, logos, and layout before confirming your custom order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and may vary due to production time, carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free shipping promotions apply only to shipping fees and do not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other local charges.
