What products does MangoRace offer?
MangoRace currently offers 850ml gloss and matte sports water bottles, an 850ml custom bottle, PCM cooling vests, and replacement bottle accessories. Choose a standard bottle or use the custom bottle studio to upload your own artwork.
What is the difference between the gloss and matte bottles?
Both bottles have an 850ml capacity. The main difference is the exterior finish: gloss has a shinier appearance, while matte has a more subdued look. Choose the style you prefer. Lighting and screen settings can affect how colors and finishes appear in photos.
What is the difference between a standard bottle and a custom bottle?
The standard gloss and matte bottles are sold in the styles shown on their product pages and do not include custom printing. To add your own artwork, choose the custom bottle, upload and confirm your design in the studio, then add it to your cart.
How do I create a custom bottle, and can I order just one?
Yes. Custom orders start from one bottle. Open the custom bottle studio, upload artwork you own or have permission to use, position it on the print canvas, review the 3D preview, confirm your rights to use the artwork, and confirm your design before adding it to your cart.
The 3D view is a design preview, not a photograph of the finished bottle. Lighting, screens, and printing can affect the final appearance, so an exact match between the screen and the finished product is not guaranteed.
Is the long drinking straw shown in some photos included with the standard 850ml bottles?
No. The standard 850ml gloss and matte bottle listings include one bottle and one bite valve. The long drinking straw shown in selected images is for display purposes and is sold separately.
Which bottles fit the Short Bite Valve, Long Drinking Straw, and Leak-Resistant Straw Lid?
The MangoRace Short Bite Valve, Long Drinking Straw, and Leak-Resistant Straw Lid are compatible with the current MangoRace 850ml gloss, matte, and custom bottles. This compatibility statement applies to these current models, not to other brands or future bottle models.
Do I need an account to save a design?
Yes. Signing in protects saved designs from anonymous uploads and lets the store connect a draft to the correct customer. Return to the customizer after signing in to continue your work.
Can I change a custom design after ordering?
Contact MangoRace as soon as possible with your order number and design ID. A change is only possible before the order enters production.
How do I request product or warranty support?
Use the product registration and support form. Include proof of purchase, product information, and clear photos when the request concerns a physical issue.
Where can I find shipping and return information?
Delivery is completed within 14 days. Read the shipping policy and refund policy before ordering.

What is the PCM Cooling Vest made of?
The MangoRace PCM Cooling Vest has a durable TPU outer shell and an inner PCM (phase-change material) core.
How long does the cooling last?
The estimated cooling duration is approximately 3–5 hours. Actual cooling time varies with the surrounding temperature, activity level and use conditions; this is not a guaranteed duration in every situation.
How much does the cooling vest weigh?
The MangoRace PCM Cooling Vest weighs approximately 1.5 kg.
Is the cooling vest only for cycling?
No. It is intended for sports, outdoor activities, events and hot-weather use, not just cycling.
Which cooling vest colors can I choose?
The range includes Green, Blue, Pink, Black, Yellow, Red and Purple. Choose a color on the main product page, or browse the individual-color product listings. Check the selected listing for current availability and product details.
